Important information

The venue of the school is the CIRM, an international center of mathematics meetings, located on the campus of Luminy, Marseille, approximately half an hour from the center of Marseille. All the participants of the school will be hosted at the CIRM.
The number of participants is limited (approx. 85 participants).
The registration will proceed in two steps: a pre-registration is done on the website of MOVEP'2012 and after that, the CIRM will contact directly pre-registered participants for the final registration. This second step is mandatory to validate your participation to the school. The payment will be done during the school directly to the CIRM.

Registration Fees

The registration fees include the accommodation (including breakfasts, lunches, and dinners from sunday 6pm until friday 2pm), attendance to the scientific program, course materials and coffee breaks. A limited number of grants for students will be available (see below).

• Double room: 410 €
• Single room: 450 €

The number of single rooms is limited, and your preference may not be satisfied.

Student grants

A number of grants supporting the registration fees of students is available. We do not support travel expenses. Priority will be given to the scientific merits of applicants. For those who want to apply for a grant, we ask them to indicate it during pre-registration, and to provide the following documents:

• Letter of motivation
• CV
• Letter of recommendation (optional)

The grant application is now closed.

CNRS members

As the school is a thematic school of the CNRS, if you are a member of the CNRS (formally, this means that you are paid by the CNRS, either as a permanent or a non-permanent member), then we support your registration fees. Note that we do not support your travel expenses. You will be asked during the registration to indicate whether you are a member of the CNRS.

Registration

After this pre-registration, you will receive an email to confirm your email address and validate your pre-registration. This is not the final registration step. You will receive another email from the CIRM (possibly after a few days/weeks) to validate your registration, this confirmation is mandatory!
